Eliza got her first vaccinations today, at her slightly belated 8 week checkup. While the needles weren’t fun, she is now 10 pounds 12 ounces, and 23 inches long. She recovered from the injection trauma like a champ, and seems to be mostly back to normal, if a bit touchy about her legs. Then again, I would be too if someone jabbed three needles into mine.

Jason spoke a bit too soon. Around 4:30 Eliza lost her mind, crying like we’ve never heard her cry before. Coincidentally (?) she has had a ton of gas. It took a while to calm her down, but she is asleep now.
