		<description>We&#039;re using WebFeat&#039;s FindIt @ my library, and I can tell you that while there are &quot;known issues&quot; (enough for their own document), all the patrons I&#039;ve ever worked with have loved it (peers report similar experiences).  They like the search interface, which is Googlesque to them, but more relevant in terms of hits, even with wading through dupes.  That, to me, seems to make it worth the challenges.</description>
