		<description>Sure there&#039;s a pattern... The same &quot;blue&quot; regions that voted Democratic are the same areas paying higher state sales and gasoline taxes.  I would think they should feel happy and proud to be paying more -- it&#039;s what they essentially voted for themselves. :-)</description>
