I set up a hashtag on http://t.co/THIECPf4 but haven't had time to really track or play with it. Need a way to archive a tag myself

Storify lets you search cross-platform, but it's more curate-y than backup-y/data-nerd-y.

have you tried any if the @ifttt recipes? Maybe one that pushes it into @evernote ?
